At least it isn't just me and the old man who have that problem. Today up at 6:40. When do we really need to be up? 6 maybe 6:15. Don't even ask what time I usually call it a night. I never learn. If you figure out how to make that schedule work, call me.
So glad to hear others having the same problem. For YEARS Kayla and I have been trying to train ourselves to go to bed earlier so we can get up on time. And we're no closer than when we started trying. To bed usually around midnight or later, then up by seven when we were shooting for six thirty. Rinse and repeat as necessary.
And what is this "gym" thing you keep talking about? Never heard of it.

Bed by 1am, up somewhere between 8:30 and 9am. Usually on the late side in the mornings.
